Medicine for the mind

Sometimes we need medicine for the mind.  A break from your regular routine is a great way to release the stress of daily life.  For me, it’s a trip to the sea-side. Squeezing sea sand through my toes, breathing in that awesome sea air and feeling the sea breeze on my face takes all my cares away.

Enjoying the sunrise or just a simple walk on the beach is enough to rejuvenate and inspire me.
It’s medicine for my mind.
